Personal training with BodyPresent begin with a meeting where we talk about what you are looking for, what you have been doing and what you want to achieve.
To achieve your goals I will design a program specifically for you, taking into consideration your strengths and challenges.
I will ask questions and together we will find the best solution for your needs and wants. The workouts will change from session to session to accommodate for your fitness level as you become stronger, in better shape or achieve goals set on our first meeting.
Weekly measurements will determine your progress and adjustments will be made accordingly.
